    You’re not stuck because you don’t know what to do, you’re stuck because of the decisions you’re not making and the actions you keep delaying.

    That ‘delay’ isn’t laziness, lack of discipline, or a missing strategy. It’s fear showing up quietly - fear of getting it wrong, being judged, not being good enough, rocking the boat, or being overwhelmed once you actually begin. Over time, that fear starts to feel like a limit. But it isn’t a real limit - it’s a self-imposed one. And when fear is mistaken for a limit, hesitation takes over, self-trust erodes, and progress stalls, even when the next step is clear.

    My style of coaching isn’t about forcing change or pushing through fear.

    It’s about removing the internal resistance that’s been quietly running your decisions.

    Inside this work, we move through three essential shifts:

    1. We clarify what actually matters.
    Not what you should want - but what’s genuinely important to you now. This creates true, authentic direction that feels steady enough to commit to, rather than something you’ll renegotiate with every Monday.

    2. We dismantle the self-sabotage patterns that show up under pressure.
    Not by ignoring or fighting them - but by understanding why they’re there, and removing the false limits they’ve created.

    3. Finally, we rebuild follow-through from a calmer place.
    Decisions stop being revisited. Action stops feeling daunting and heavy. Consistency becomes something you live, not something you manage.

    That’s when things truly start moving for my clients - not because you’re trying harder, but because you’re no longer working against yourself.

    What changes as a result decisions feel lighter, hesitation loses its power, you finish what you start and progress becomes visible and sustained.

    Once you make THE SHIFT, you don’t return to the old way of operating.

    I work with a small number of clients at a time so this work stays personal, focused, and effective.

    This is private coaching - not a program, course, or template.

    The majority of my coaching lasts from 3-6 months. With a handful of clients I’ve worked with for several years. I occasionally offer one off sessions.

    I also, mentor a handful of coaches/consultants.

    Each session is tailored to you and your exact needs, with space to explore what’s been keeping you stuck and support to move through it - calmly and consistently.

    Once you remove pressure and resistance, it’s incredible how quickly tangible breakthroughs happen.

  • Hi, I’m Kelli,

    Coach, Mentor, Gap finder, introverted dog mum, half bionic, (but I’ll save that for another day!), living in Cornwall, UK with my partner. I basically turn people on for a living, crafting their mindset into one who stops getting in their own way!

    Life 1.0 Born into a complex childhood of abuse and chronic pain from hip dysplasia, I took myself on a one way ticket to self sabotage for the next decade. Which resulted in a double drink drive arrest and 50K of debt by the age of 22.

    Life 2.0 Fast forwards the long dark hole out. Returning to college to get A levels and onto University. Like many others, my degree didn’t bring much of an ROI, however, my work ethic did. I self studied, grafted, talked and walked any job I could that was roughly in the direction I wanted to go. Truth was, I ended up somewhere that wasn’t my 3.0 version. London corporate life did not make a happy Kelli who grew up up on a rugged old farm, happy in the simple countryside.

    Life 3.0 One thing I learnt from the top of the ladder, was the best at the job, was the one who could come up with the simplest solution to a problem.

    And that’s exactly what my coaching business was made on.

    I’ve helped 300+ clients Internationally go from all the thinking thoughts, to execution.
    By locating those key gaps, making a razor focused strategy specifically for their life only and hands on support, getting them from any starting point to building a sustainable life they adore.

    +What platform are the calls on?
    Zoom calls

    +Can I extend the coaching?
    Yes, many of my clients want to keep the growth compounding and continue in my coaching container which is for those who have completed 3 months of coaching first.

    +Can I download the resources?
    Yes, any resources, templates and activities are yours to use throughout the period of coaching.



    +What if I have to reschedule?
    There is a 24 hour notice period for calls to reschedule, otherwise it is missed. I am a human and try and be as flexible where possible.


    +What if I need to take a gap?
    The outcome of the coaching comes down to your commitment for the agreed time period. If a life event happens during, we will try our best to continue as quickly as possible.
